    • The excavator fell on to its side on 8th November 2019 whilst being unloaded from a HGV low loader impacting a reinforced concrete pillar. It has sustained impact damage to the hydraulic selector valve and the hydraulic controls system, along with potential engine damage as it continued to run whilst being on its side. Please see the attached photos for a visual indication of condition

    The location will load the unit to the buyers low loader or step frame but a trombone will be required to due to length. There will be a charge of 480.00 GBP. Please note with the arm full outstretched. Storage is paid up until Friday 20th December and buyer must collect on or before this date.

    Condition After the lot closes, the Seller will decide either to accept or reject the high bid. If the Seller accepts, an invoice will be issued and the lot will transact. If the Seller rejects, the Buyer will be notified and there will be no sale. A Seller award decision is expected within 2 business days of the close date.
    Removal (i) This Item is being sold AS IS WHERE IS. NO customs, export, or import assistance is available from our Company, the Seller, or the Storage Location. Our Company, Seller, and Storage Location expressly disclaim the appropriateness of this item to be exported from, or imported to, any country. Shipping, logistics, transportation, loading, customs, export, and import activities, and all associated costs, are the sole responsibility of the Winning Buyer.
    Removal (ii) Buyers are required to examine all items prior to removing from the location. If the items differs significantly from how it was represented in the lot description, the Buyer must contact Customer Care before removing.
    Extended Bidding In the event that a bid is placed in the last 3 minutes of the auction close time, then the auction will be subject to 3 minutes extended bidding until there are no bids for a full 3 minutes.
    Removal (iii) Storage is paid up until Friday 20th December. Any storage charges after this date will accrue on the buyers account.
