en date du 16 septembre 2020 la machine est endommagée suite à un choc sur la cabine, déformant également le châssis cabine (au-dessus de la couronne de rotation).

Chargée à l’arrière du camion, la cabine a été touchée par une grande branche d’arbre qui a détruit la cabine de la mini-pelle et le châssis supérieur / châssis de la cabine. Le moteur et toutes les fonctions sont sans dommage, tout comme la flèche.

La machine est utilisable et peut être conduite sur le camion ou la remorque de l'acheteur.

Veuillez noter que cette liste ne correspond pas à des conditions de paiement de 7 jours, mais que l'acheteur doit financer dans les 48 heures suivant l'émission de la facture.

On 16th September 2020 the machine, which was loaded on the back of a truck, was hit by a large tree branch. The impact is said to have destroyed the mini excavators cab and upper chassis/cab chassis, just above the slewing ring.

The engine and boom are said to be un affected. The machine starts and runs and can be tracked onto a low loader. Please see the attached photos for a visual indication of condition.

Please note that this listing is not 7 day payment terms but buyer must fund within 48 hours of invoice being issued.

Condition After the lot closes, the Seller will decide either to accept or reject the high bid. If the Seller accepts, an invoice will be issued and the lot will transact. If the Seller rejects, the Buyer will be notified and there will be no sale. A Seller award decision is expected within 2 business days of the close date.
Removal (i) This Item is being sold AS IS WHERE IS. NO customs, export, or import assistance is available from our Company, the Seller, or the Storage Location. Our Company, Seller, and Storage Location expressly disclaim the appropriateness of this item to be exported from, or imported to, any country. Shipping, logistics, transportation, loading, customs, export, and import activities, and all associated costs, are the sole responsibility of the Winning Buyer.
Removal (ii) Buyers are required to examine all items prior to removing from the location. If the items differs significantly from how it was represented in the lot description, the Buyer must contact Customer Care before removing.
Removal (iii) Removal Deadline: 8 days after the invoice is generated. Unclaimed items beyond the removal deadline are subject to additional fees and forfeiture unless the winning buyer makes specific arrangements with the storage location.
Extended Bidding In the event that a bid is placed in the last 3 minutes of the auction close time, then the auction will be subject to 3 minutes extended bidding until there are no bids for a full 3 minutes.
